Request for an Executive Order to Restore 1st Amendment Religious Rights by Revoking Federal Funding to States Failing to Provide A Religious Exemption to Vaccine Mandates

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.” – 1st Amendment to the US Constitution.

Dear President Trump, Religious and philosophical vaccine exemptions exist for good reason.

There are vaccines made with, and containing, materials that are religiously and morally objectionable to many Americans. At the top of that list are the WI-38 and MRC-5 cell lines, taken from the lung tissue of a female and a male child (respectively) aborted around their third month of gestation. At least two of the leading Covid-19 vaccine candidates use HEK 293 and PER.C6 aborted fetal cell lines in their production.

These human aborted fetal cells are used to grow viruses, and are destroyed in the vaccine manufacturing process, however their residual human blood products and DNA fragments remain in the final product as delivered. The current vaccine industry push to remove the 1st Amendment religious rights of Americans in all states will result in the requirement that members of the public who are vehemently opposed to the practice of abortion, and who do not wish to do business with the industries that trade in these types of cell lines, will be required to purchase and inject aborted fetal cell remains in order to fully participate in American society.

Cell lines have a shelf-life, thus research into new aborted fetal cell lines is ongoing. The list of such cell lines in development, in medical use outside of vaccines, or included in new vaccines not yet currently on the CDC recommended schedule, include: WALVAX 2, Procell92, and WI-26. Cell line development from abortions continue.

Further, there are additional morally and religiously objectionable materials in vaccines that Americans will likely be forced to inject to prevent them from becoming second class citizens whose rights are limited. The current full CDC vaccine ingredients list for review: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/b/excipient-table-2.pdf

Many Americans will find the use of bovine serum, porcine ingredients or chimpanzee adenovirus religiously objectionable. They have the right to refuse products using and containing human and animal biological material without coercion.

This is only the beginning of the list of potential religious objections to the Covid-19 vaccines currently in development, and to full participation in the US National Vaccine Plan.

The vaccine industry, which has had its liability for death and injury from these medical products removed for the last three decades, has allowed products classified as “unavoidably unsafe” to be marketed as “safe and effective,” and has lobbied for their mandate for education, employment and a growing number of programs and freedoms. This fraudulent tactic has convinced state and local governments to remove religious vaccine exemptions, and is gaining momentum with the industry push to force the sale of their products, known to be dangerous to some of the members of the public, to the entire public.

What this removal of rights by the states in the age of Covid-19 means is that some Governors may abuse their emergency powers so completely that they may require those refusing vaccines on religious grounds may even be restricted from leaving their homes to buy the basic necessities of life.

We respectfully request that you issue an Executive Order that any state or municipality which fails to provide its citizens with an unrestricted, unreviewable religious exemption to any vaccine mandate, is disqualified from receiving Covid-19 relief funding, Vaccines for Children funding, Educational funding, or any other appropriate federal funding.

The First Amendment to the US Constitution is our most basic right, and it must not be violated.

  1. I will not and do not agree with the vaccination law here in Maine. I will not and refuse to give a flu vaccine and will also not comply with a covid 19 vaccination. Please help our state and not allow her to make it a law for our children and workers to have this vaccination in order to work or go to school.

  2. We must keep our freedom to make medical choice on our country. There is not a one size fits all when it comes to vaccines. We will not accept mandatory vaccinations!

  3. I do not agree with forced medical procedures agains ones truly held beliefs. Please do not send America down a path of losing our religious and bodily freedom!

  4. I wish mississippis rights were restored, I love my children and want the best education for them I feel that is not me, but I refuse to violate my conscience or teach my children to do so, and vaccinate with otherwise poisonous immoral ingredients. Our state has tyranically removed our freedom long before my knowledge grew to what it is today known as preventive medicine. I cannot fathom after any research that others would not also come to the same conclusion, whether religious or not. It is insane to believe doctoring the immune system is without long term or short term consequences. To which we as parents of sound or not so sound mind should not be subject to compliance against our will. Resulting in forfeiture of public or private school rights as an American.

  5. Vaccine mandates are a violation of the Nuremberg code of ethics. Informed consent should always prevail regardless of the reasons, such as conscientious, religious or medical exemptions. What happened to “do no harm”?

  6. All people should have the right to decide what goes into their bodies or the bodies of their children…It doesn’t even need to be based on religion..It’s a basic human right…

    1. I do not consent to any vaccines. Being an American means the freedom to choose. I choose to fight to protect my rights and my family’s rights.

  7. I’m absolutely against Vaccines & choose as a Free citizen of the United States 🇺🇸 That you executive order this right
I support you fully & am excited for Trump 20/20
