Deception: The American Academy of Pediatrics Does Not Currently Claim that Vaccines Don’t Cause Autism

While the current administration of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) claims that “vaccines do not cause autism,” three of her sister agencies do not hold that position. Neither does the American Academy of Pediatrics.

In March of 2008, Dr. David Tayloe, President Elect of the American Academy of Pediatrics, appeared on The Today Show to discuss vaccines and autism and made the statement that, “I think any of the vaccines we have today have been tested and proven to be safe, and the credible studies don’t show any relationship between vaccines and permanent injury.” He denied all vaccine injury, including any possible link to autism.

In January of 2017 the AAP posted a new statement. They now make no firm statement on the link in its official stance, but merely comments on one segment of the research. This is their discussion on the topic:

Deception: HHS Commissioned Report Shows a Likely 1 in 39 Vaccine Adverse Reaction Rate, While Publicly Claiming a False 1 in a Million Rate

The refrain that is repeated in public is that vaccine adverse reactions are rare, occurring in 1 in a million Americans.

Not only does CDC know that the 1 in a million doses is a false claim, they are hiding the 1 in 39 doses that is likely the true vaccine adverse reaction rate.

In 2010 the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) conducted a study by the Federal Agency for Health Care Research (AHCR) with the Harvard Pilgrim HMO. The examination of digitized medical records found that 2.6% of vaccines administered resulted in injuries. A rate of 1 in 39, rather than a rate of 1 in 1,000,000, as the CDC claims. The report also found that clinicians typically approximately see 1.3 vaccine injuries per month in their practices.

Deception: Vaccine Injury Denialism Has Been Federal Policy Since 1984

“…any possible doubts, whether or not well founded, about the safety of the [oral polio] vaccine cannot be allowed to exist in view of the need to assure that the vaccine will continue to be used to the maximum extent consistent with the nation’s public health objectives.”

Deception: NIH Found Newborn Blood Biomarkers for Autism in 2013, but Never Implemented Them

The New York State Department of Health, funded by a grant from the National Institutes of Health, found newborn blood biomarkers for autism in 2013.

Of the 15 components found, the most prominent is low levels of Glutathione s-Transferase (GST), the enzyme that links glutathione to toxic substances so they can be removed from the body. This confirms that autism is associated with an inability to remove toxic matter from the body, and bolsters the theory that autism can be caused by toxic ingredients in vaccines, such as mercury (Hg).

Yet six years later, and no newborn screening panel is being offered.  There are no phone calls from pediatricians to parents to bring their children with autism in for biomarker screening.

There is no good reason that this has not happened, save for the fact that implementing this research indicts CDC’s vaccine program in causation of autism.

Because CDC is culpable in the causation of autism.

Deception: The Vaccine-Autism Link Dates to Leo Kanner in 1943, Not Wakefield in 1998

In his disorder defining paper “Autistic Disturbances of Affective Contact,” published in Nervous Child in 1943, Leo Kanner of Johns Hopkins University included the first report of vaccine induced autistic regression. In Kanner’s case series describing the first 11 children documented to have the disorder, case number 3, “Richard M.” is reported by his mother to have begun his developmental regression following a smallpox vaccination.

Vaccines Are Liability-Free Products

In 1986, Congress passed the NATIONAL CHILDHOOD VACCINE INJURY ACT, severely limiting liability for vaccine manufacturers, and ultimately removing the 7th Amendment rights of Americans to sue the industry when vaccines caused harm.

The Act set up the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program to compensate those cases, and families were required to apply to the “VICP” before suing vaccine makers. Even though the program has paid out more than $4 billion in claims, most cases of vaccine injury are never filed, as few families are informed of the program, and only a fraction of filed cases are paid. Thus, the cost of vaccine injury falls on the states, local municipalities and the families themselves.

The Corruption in the US National Vaccine Program

I have two sons, born in 2000 and 2002, and vaccinated them roughly according the the recommended schedule. My second son suffered what we now recognize as an adverse vaccine reaction to his first dose of the Hep B vaccine, but it was not recognized as such by either myself or his pediatricians at the time, so he continued to be vaccinated according to the CDC recommended schedule. Following his 18 month appointment, he suffered a severe neurological regression, displayed symptoms of GI distress, showed signs of an autoimmune condition, and was diagnosed with autism six months later.

His was a text book case of vaccine induced encephalopathy, per the Health and Human Services (HHS), Human Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Vaccine Injury Table established by the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), displaying symptoms including:
